Group Classes at Fitness Facilities

I can provide the following group classes for your fitness facility:
Hatha Yoga- Our Hatha Yoga class, based on Energy Yoga principles, is characterized by
dynamic postures and long holds.
Body Conditioning - Total body workout using exercises from Yoga and Martial Arts to
simultaneous develop strength, endurance and flexibility.
Energy Yoga- Energy Yoga combines Hindu Tantric Hatha Yoga with Taoist Qi Gong to form a
complete, integrated curriculum for rapid mind, body, and spirit cultivation.
Qi Gong- Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kung) is a self-healing exercise system from China that
combines easy-to-learn, gentle movements with calm breathing techniques and meditation.
Please note: Our Group Fitness classes are suitable for students of all levels and each class is
always calibrated to the needs of the participants.
