Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kung) is a self-healing exercise system from China that combines easy-to-learn,
gentle movements with calm breathing techniques and meditation. Qi Gong is a low-impact form of exercise
suitable for everyone. Qi Gong is designed for life-force enhancement by increasing the body’s vital energy
(Chi) and circulating this energy more efficiently through the major energy channels (meridians) of the body.
Qi Gong has been shown to be an effective therapy for a number of ailments including: low energy, chronic
pain, low back pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, anxiety and depression.
When practiced consistently, Qi Gong can prevent and treat disease, reduce stress, increase vitality, and
improve the overall state of health and quality of life.
