The Bangkok Throwdown is a CrossFit competition brought to you by East West Fitness. The competition is made up of 2 separate competitions; and Online Qualifier and the Bangkok Throwdown Finals held in Bangkok.

The 2023 Throwdown finalists will compete on a competition floor of 15 lanes, complete with the East West Fitness gigantic competition rig!
This is the largest CrossFit competition setup in the history of Thailand.
